Shelter City guest Mohan calls for a reform of the judiciary in Nepal
In a op-ed published last December, Mohan Kumar Karna calls for a reform of the Nepalese judicial council.
Mohan Kumar Karna is a Shelter city guest and fellow of the Asser Institute.
In the op-ed he wrote for the Kathmandu Post, he argues for more transparency, accountability, competence, independence and fairness of judges and the judiciary in Nepal.
